This page explains what information dotNew Labs collects through this website and how we use it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Emails you send us. If you write to contact@dotnewlabs.ai, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us, so we can reply and follow up.
Nothing else on this site. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or contact forms.

Services this site relies on

Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
Google Workspace handles our email.

How we use it

Only to answer you and discuss work you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Client code and data

Code, data and documents you share during an engagement are covered by our written agreement with you, not by this page. They stay in your environment or in an isolated workspace that is deleted at handover, and they are never used to train AI models.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it.
